1. Service and subject of terms
Kevmi on kevmi.one provides an interface for direct one-time payments: store connection, payment links, API integration, status display, and support. Contact for terms — support@kevmi.one. Kevmi is not a seller of store goods and does not become a party to the transaction between buyer and store. These terms do not replace mandatory requirements of applicable law or the payment provider's terms.
2. Acceptance of terms
Before creating a payment link or connecting an integration, the store must review this offer and privacy policy. Creating a link or using the integration after access to the terms is provided means acceptance of the service terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. For the buyer, the terms of the specific order and the payment total are shown before payment confirmation.
3. Account and stores
Login is done via Telegram verification. The owner is responsible for access to their Telegram account, sessions, and integration secrets. One account may have multiple stores; each has a separate ID, API keys, applications, and payment data. The general overview does not combine authorities of different owners. Connecting payment methods may require site verification and approval of the relevant store.
4. Goods and store responsibility
The store must provide buyers with accurate information about the product, price, delivery times, support, and returns, comply with applicable requirements and third-party rights. Fraud, phishing, illegal goods and services, circumventing provider restrictions, and using others' credentials without authorization are prohibited. In case of suspected abuse, access to affected operations may be restricted during review; status and necessary clarifications are communicated through the available support channel.
5. Payment, currencies, and availability
New universal invoices are created with a base price in USD. The buyer can choose an available method: cards, Alipay, SBP, or cryptocurrency. For SBP, the amount is converted to RUB at the rate saved in the invoice; for crypto, USD/USDT is used at the ratio explicitly stated in the invoice. This is not a promise of market rates for other coins. The exact coin, network, and transfer amount are confirmed by the payment gateway.
Availability depends on method, country, provider restrictions, and the state of the specific invoice. Mentioning geography does not guarantee acceptance of any card or operation. Card restrictions are published in the geography section. Cryptocurrency is marked as a global method; this does not override mandatory legal and provider requirements.
6. Fees and calculation
Published processing rates: cards and Alipay — 10% + $0.50; SBP — 8%; cryptocurrency — 4%. The Kevmi fee is already included. For cards and Alipay, the interface calculation includes a VAT component of 16% of the order base price; for SBP and cryptocurrency, this component does not apply. This is a description of the service calculation, not a conclusion about a specific seller's tax obligations.
Before payment, the buyer sees the total, currency, and their cost shares. The store sees the calculation in the account. The terms of a created invoice are fixed; changing store settings does not recalculate old invoices. Available cost shares may be limited by the payment provider. Fee refund and conversion terms in a dispute are clarified for the specific operation.
7. Confirmation and payouts
Successful browser redirect alone does not confirm receipt of money. Status is set after verification of the operation on the payment provider's side; the store must check the confirmed status before delivering the product.
Displayed confirmed receipts and the amount after fees do not mean an immediately withdrawable balance. Withdrawal is processed according to the current terms of the relevant method and after necessary checks. Timing and availability are clarified in support; the interface does not promise automatic payout. Published withdrawal fees are available in the rates section.
8. Refunds and disputed operations
For product, service delivery, and order cancellation issues, the buyer contacts the store. For payment processing issues, contact Kevmi support with the order number and operation identifier. A refund, if applicable, is handled considering buyer rights, method rules, and operation verification. Do not send full card number, CVV, or confirmation codes.
For crypto transfers, you must select the correct coin, network, and exact amount. A confirmed blockchain transfer usually cannot be cancelled; refund possibility requires separate agreement and is not guaranteed by the technical interface. This does not limit the buyer's mandatory rights.
9. Data, notifications, and support
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Support is available in the account, bot, and at support@kevmi.one. AI helps find information and verify a public site; its response is not a decision on payout, refund, or store approval. For such questions, contact a specialist.
10. Availability and limitation of liability
Kevmi uses readiness checks, backups, and updates with pre-launch of a new version. Operation of external networks, banks, Telegram, and payment providers may affect availability. If you find an error, report the operation identifier; do not create a duplicate payment until the previous status is verified. Nothing in these terms excludes liability and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes, termination, and disputes
A new version is published with a date and applies to further use of the service subject to mandatory notice rules. The terms of an already created invoice are preserved in its calculation. You can stop creating new orders, revoke keys, and request account closure via support; incomplete payments, requests, and mandatory records are handled separately. A dispute is first directed to support@kevmi.one; rights to contact competent authorities and courts are determined by applicable law.
